I started having treatment at hair growth centre Wembley which didn t work, all they were interested in was my money. I told them I wanted a hair transplant which they did a consultation and said I needed 1250 grafts for £2200 and put me through to British Hair Clinic. I asked to meet dr matee several times and they said there was no need, this did concern me but when you want to get something sorted so much you start to believe anything. Anyway managed to speak to dr matee on the phone sent him pics he told me that I could drive home after the procedure which I also thought was slightly dodgy.
So 12th of Jan arrived got there when they asked me to dr matte was late was speaking to the so called manager af. I was under the impression that dr matter would carry out the procedure but he just gave me the anaesthetic a pill to apparently help with bleeding and made the incisions where grafts would be inserted. The majority of the procedure was carried out by the nurse Florentina who is now working at a vets. When the procedure was done the grafts looked like they had been spaced out but at the time I just thought that was the technique they used, they also told me they don t count grafts but estimated I had 1950. never in a million years did I think they would do a substandard job. So when I drove home 70miles I thought that this would be the start of me regaining my confidence but as the months when past I just wasn t getting the results I wanted.
I contacted them after a year went in for a review which af said I had lost more hair and would need to pay £1500 more, he also said that hair growth centre Wembley had advised them to space out the grafts. I told them when I got home I wasn t willing to pay any more but deep down I was considering it. A few month past and a bit more research done I contacted af again and he said they would give me a free procedure that when I found this forum. I won t be going back there and want every penny of my money back, I can t believe here in the UK we have doctors that are willing to take advantage and rip people off.
