Best crown fue clinic in the usa?

If money is no concern where is the best place to get a crown fue in the usa? Im in colorado and most places seem to have very few reviews. I know a lot of people recommend leaving the states but id rather not if possible

Ron Shapiro is a good option, Dorn in New York. They are two that I have seen lots from over last 15 years.
