Anyone use biotin and notice a difference?

if so which brand do you use in the uk?

Simply supplements or Costco sell it fairly cheap. It quite often says on the label faster/stronger hair and nail growth.

I used to order a lot from iherb and amazon, all sorts of different forms, with different auxiliary additives. While I focused on hair vitamins from Bloommy, I drink a course of 1 month once every half a year
Nails used to be very tiny, now they are hard, they do not break from any load. And the hair grows well!
