Hello everyone.
I'm a 31 years old-guy from Italy. Been taking fina and minoxidil from over 6-7 years (now I quit minoxidil for heavy sides on my scalp skin).
I think is the right time for my first hair transplant (as you can see from the pictures I'm pretty much already compromised).
I would like some suggestion to places near italy (like Turkey for example) for doing a GOOD hair transplant, since my budget is max 3-4k€ total.
I think I need a good surgeon because the "central part" of the hair in my forehead is not loss yet, but will probably fall, so I need a surgeon that understands wheter or not is good to put there some hair as a "precaution".

Any advice-suggestion is welcomed. Thank you guys and let's fight till the end

That's a relatively small budget. Is that the total budget for the surgery or for travel, accomodation etc?
I would look at the recommended surgeons (top of the page) and consult with them to get an indication of cost.
I would suggest you'll need at least 1500-2000 grafts for the front and 1500 for the crown.
Given that, I would consider doing a surgery to address the frontal third then a later surgery for the crown when you have more funds.
