Can I get hair transplanted TO my neck?

I stupidly got laser hair removal on my neck in my early 20s because of razor burn. I haven’t done it in like 3 years and there is virtually no growth, the follicles are likely all dead. Ironically, I have a full head of hair. Can I use hair from my head or elsewhere on my body for a transplant to my neck? I know I’ll never have the same density as I did, but I just need enough to make the the transition from jaw (which has visible hair follicles, even when fully shaved) to neck more natural looking.

Yes, you can transplant hair from other areas to your neck.

That's one bad decision. Did the laser doctor not warn you about the unaesthetic outcome?

Yes, we can transplant grafts to the neck/underjaw area.
There is a choice of grafts that can be used here (beard hair being ideal, v/s scalp hair which is straight and thinner). Suprapubic hair can also be considered.
I will share some results shortly.

It is possible yes but choose a good doctor because if not you might end up never being able to clean shave without small scars.

I think HDC in Cyprus use chest hair for beard transplants which may look natural if you have plenty of chest hair?
