This 42-year-old had previously undergone two (2) hair transplants at a different surgical center. These transplants left him with an unnatural, "pluggy" look that made him feel self conscious.

He, therefore, came to see Dr. Carlos K. Wesley (NYC) in order to achieve a natural appearance with a softer, more full, hairline.

I agree and this hairline is so much better now, it's hard to believe this poor guy had two previous transplants and only got that little amount of hair.....just goes to show how vital research is these days.

I bet this guy must have felt paranoid and like the world was constantly staring at them plugs, so he must be feeling a million times more confident now well done.


Did any of the plugs need to be punched out or was Dr W able to hide them?

Thank you for your comments. As you can imagine this patient's self confidence is so much more healthy than it was prior to our repair of his "pluggy" transplant. His outlook on like is so much more positive.
While there were a few plugs that I removed from his initial hairline, the vast majority of the benefit is his appearance came from the numerous micro grafts that were placed throughout his frontal half and mid scalp.
