Hi Cloud,

How are you doing these days? Did the side effects from Propecia subside or did you end up having to quit taking them?

The pictures above that are yellowish, what settings are you using on your camera? Some of your pics are very clear but some that have yellow/ orange tint are not so great.

Hi janna !

Sorry for the late answer, i was busy this time.

I'm very fine thank you. Side effects of prepecia (if it was side effects) still not here and i continue to take pill every day ( for 3 months now) with minoxidil / twice a day (for 1 month now) for the crown. I had a big shedding, no improvements for now, but i think it's too early for see good results.

I'm really sorry for the poor quality of my pictures, it was bathroom light ! The next time i will try to put better pictures.

Thanks for taking news. Hope everything go well for you ;)

Cloud.

Thanks for the reply. I understand you get very busy - no need to apologize. I'm glad you are still on the ht meds. I hope the shedding phase is over and they'll start to have positive effect on you.

The bathroom lighting is not the best but thanks for trying. Take care.

Hi Cloud,

It's looking as it should at 2-3 months post op. It's still possible to shed transplanted hairs even at 2-3 months. You are not going to lose grafts permanently at this point so don't worry. In the close up donor scar pic, you can see the hairs growing through the middle of your scar - looks great. The donor scar redness will fade in time. Thanks for the update.

Looking good for 6 months. You have a lot more to look forward to.
Did we plant more grafts on the right side because you had more loss on that side?

I thought you had more loss on your rt side, so it makes sense we'd put more there. I will double check your file tomorrow to see if we made notation of it. Hope all is well with you ;).

oh ok, good ! thank you :)

I'm still on Finpecia for 8 months and minoxidil for 5 months now.

There was a little period where my hairloss was more slow, but now i cannot see any improvements, still loss everyday the same, the crown is no becoming more thick.

I'll continue med and see if there is any results at one year.
