Hi there please don't think i'm being rude but being from the UK i haven't really seen much info on the various forums regarding yoiur clinic.
Would it be possible to post some background info regarding your clinic on here.....maybe ask Bm to put something in the featured DR part as i'm sure it would benefit the readers.
After doing some reading myself about you guys i realise your doing some superb work so it would be cool for everyone to learn a little more
