after some time researching and asking and not seeing really bad reviews from cosmedica, I finally decided to have my hair transplant done with them. Amazing experience from the very first moment when you land in Istanbul. Then you are driven to a hotel, and that is probably the best part, as you get to meet with other guys with your same fears, and in the same situation. A translator is provided just in case you are not fluent with Turkish. That maybe the worse bit. Just doctors and some staff speaks English, but well, you are in turkey and the translator was an amazing guy! Operation itself: amnesthesic stings, but once sorted, I even felt asleep for a while. Then back to hotel and next day control. Today is just my second day, so early to speak about the results when the only thing you can say is red all over your head. Let's face it, not the same seeing pictures of others than seeing that in you. Not posting these pictures as they are the common ones that all of us have seen around. Will try to post tomorrow when I wash my head. Another important thing that I wanted to comment on, at least in my case I was with a doctor the whole time (well at least when I was awake). So experience has been great and have met a lovely bunch of mates whilst "suffering". Hope the results are as good as the transplant experience. I guess I just need to wait.
