Most of the risks are from a general anaesthetic and infection . I had mine done under a local ,as for the rest of the risks the same could be said about hair transplants

i have otoplasty or ear surgery last year, its not really that common a cosmetic surgery. the procedure done to my ear is that the doctor retrieve healthy cartilage from my ribs, and then insert the prepared cartilage into a pocket of skin under the my deformed ear. it sounds creepy, but it does not take much time.
