Hey guys quick picture of a plastic surgeon that came in to over some of his balding crown. I was able to fill in the crown and blend a bit below and above into the center scalp to add density. A little redness in the picture but it came of great for the client.

4 awesome repairs with SMG
Looks great well done.... unless you were stood close and directly over the top of him it's not going to stand out as anythings untowards being done.... it takes the shine and look of bare scalp from the bald spot away. My only concern is would it not look odd if he decided at a later date to buzz his hair

bullitnut thanks my friend.

you raise a good point in regard to if he does eventually want to cut his hair short. That is why i made sure to blend into his existing hair (both above the crown and below) in order to smooth the bordering and extend the treated area. This should help alot. BUT if this client did eventually wish to crop his hair short, he would most likely need to stop back in to even out some areas and make a better transition.

like all my clients with longer hair, we went over the possibilities of hair length and what may need to be done in the future should he cut short. But for now he is in love with his longer hair (cant blame him!) and wont be cutting short for some time.
