Joe, that's quite an amazing transformation. Exactly how many grafts have you had undertaken during your 4 procedures. Looking at your PIC I would estimate upwards of 7000. What was your donor density? And what does your look like under bright lighting (outside) or do you top up with a little concealor?

Hello Dr Arvind,

Welcome, for me a hair transplant was important and I now enjoy life much more, when I started losing my hair all factors became irrelevant I just wanted my hair, Dr. Arvind imagine you start losing your hair, you will see how the factors become unimportant, most people on this site are concerned about their hair if not, they would enjoy life much more, people just want hair and a good hair transplant can make that difference, it has changed my life. But I do agree for some people a hair transplant is not wanted and these people are lucky because i needed so much.

Hi Sparky, yes some hair transplants can be better than the dentist:) and BHR do some good work but I could not go there or get my brother or friends to go there, I have been researching for 10 years and I could only go to the best to give me a hair transplant.

Hi Coopman, I am so happy, I am not quite sure as it was over 8 to 10 years when I had my first one; well before Wayne Rooney and most others at the age of 20 not even my parents knew and still don't, but it was over 7000 maybe 9000 but the doner area is still very good, I can show you live on skype: Joseph.Feury and get feedback and tips from you also.

Joe (skype: joseph.feury ) All welcome to share tips just say hi

Good Morning,
Hey cct/ sparky it is good to research and see what you really wish to do; you also need to be aware of the results you will achieve and think ahead; this is important for everyone.
I recommend hair transplants but firstly planning for the future needs to be done.
I want this page to see if others recommend hair transplants I have had my first one almost 10 years ago it was an emerging field back then, people need to see/ think what will your situation be like in 40 years time...
Regarding surgeons I like mine so much but there are many good surgeons like what sparky recommended, if you decide to get your transplant you need to consider and be wise about the location of your hair transplant this is more important than the Surgeon!!!

Joe (skype: Joseph.Feury)
P.S. I have tips for anyone who has had a transplant or who are thinking about a transplant, I would like to skype anyone interested! I can make a difference and give you amazing knowledge! Joe.

no no, the surgeon is the most important factor, location means nothing.

I think jfeury is working for a clinic. Just read this thread as evidence.

This is an unusual form of marketing, but as link spam is so easy to spot I guess it's not surprising. Whatever clinic it is, all I can say is they must be in dire straits to do this.

Anyone who reads this thread should take note:

- Don't go to any clinic that doesn't have a track record
- Be sceptical, don't be trusting
- Look for results from real patients not under the clinic control

I don't post usually unless I have something good to say, but I would not want the unwary to end up getting hurt.

Hi,
By location I mean the location of the hair transplant on your head, it is very important.
Hey Modenese, no I am an accountant working for an engineering company but I have a lot of experience with hair loss and hair transplants I have even changed my diet to become one of the most healthiest people in Ireland:)
I have done everything in the world possible to stop my hair loss but a hair transplant is the only long term result all others just wasted my money. I have tried proscar, rogaine foam, HLCC scripts, laser comb, hair piece, chinese herbs, Pro Equol, TRX2, Innov homme and many many more:).

Don't think you can say you are one of the healthiest people in Ireland, as you don't know everyone in Ireland.

It's not clear at all that you meant location on your head, strange way of wording it.

The only thing there that needs to be thought out is to not start off with a hairline that's too low, and don't have a high hairline that's straight, people don't have high straight hairlines.

Can't really comment on your hair properly, it looks good, but with no close hi def pics of the hairline I can't tell whether its good or not.

Posting a photo so your head is just off centre of a bright light gives an illusion of density. Anyone whom has done a hairloss photo diary will be fully aware of this.

Just say what doctor/clinic you went to...Anyone who withholds this info always has another motive, imo.

Hi Sparky, I may not be the healthiest but this hair loss has made me change my diet to try everything to stop my hair loss; I now eat no soft dtinks, no fast food, no frys, no alcohol, no gluten, I follow the alkaline diet and much much more, my family have no interest in this lol, but I do feel much better eating like this:) And thanks for the comment about my hair.

Hi Coopman, my hair transplant has great density, I made sure I had perfect density and I made sure the surgeon knew this, this was important for me to have a natural look.

Hi Ziggs, the reason I do not say my surgeon is that there are many good surgeons/ clinics in UK/ Ireland and the world today and I only want to discuss hair transplants for the moment.

I need now to ask for your opinion: I have had 4 hair transplants to date at the hair line and middle of my head and hopefully this hair will be there for life. But my crown I feel is starting to get lighter, I am ok for now but I need to plan. I have good doner supply but should I leave the crown and wait for any hair I lose at the hairline and middle over the years to come, because for me the hairline is so important.

In my opinion the crown isn't as important as the hairline, I would leave it for now and see what happens, the crown can eat up a lot of grafts without making loads of cosmetic difference, if it doesn't bother you too much then best to wait and see what happens.

By the way I am fine with the fact that you don't want to mention your clinic, if you did mention them then it would seem like you work for them.

Still would like to see some close ups of your hairline though.

Hi Joe,

Your hair looks good, I'm pleased you are happy with the outcome.

I don't agree where you say everyone should have a hair transplant, it's not an option for everyone and not ethical for doctors to do a transplant on certain people.

I'd be interested to see all your pre op pictures and know who your doctor is as there's no harm in mentioning your doctor, also if you have all this knowledge to share, just post it on here for the masses to read rather than a one on one Skype call.

I look forward to hearing more.

Cheers Bm.
