Don't want to open a can of worms here, but with the current influx of celebrity patients is it possible some clinics will take better care of these clients and make sure they get better results than your average Joe.

The majority of extremely bad cosmetic surgery can easily be viewed as much of it comes out of Hollywood so the answer would probably be no, celebrities do not get better results regardless of the type of cosmetic surgery and pouring more money into a bad situation sometimes makes it worse.

When Celebrities are on television, to the untrained eye the average person would be unaware that they are caked in make up, fake tan and more importantly hair concealor.
My point being, the average Joe would be unaware of the usage of Concealor on a Celebrity whom has had a HT and may make the assumption they have had an awesome result.

I would also add that using celebrity leverage is a marketing niche and it raises flashing red lights in my mind. I can think of dozens and dozens of garbage products that are marketed by celebrities to provide social proof to the masses and the masses just follow along as the human is a herd animal and they are easily led or misled. One of the worst ways to make a decision but it works for those providing the tool.
I can also think of dozens and dozens of products and people that are doing good things and you simply do not know about them. Following the nutrition/fitness/diet market which is heavily celebrity driven I would say 90% of what you see is marketing garbage. But then it's not about results it's about generating revenue and with that in mind I suppose it is a success.

It really does not matter if the patient is a celeb or not, at least that is how we see it.
We had a Celeb once that came with his manager, asking for a free transplant in exchange for publicity.
We denied, we are not going to have Joe with the hat paying for a celebs hair transplant.
