I see no signs of hair loss in the photo. In fact, quite the opposite: your hair looks full and thick. Given that your head is covered in hair (rather than wool or fur) it's completely natural (when the hair is parted or in a whorl) to sometimes see scalp. However, I'd keep an eye on it, so that if you ever do start to experience loss, you can hop on finasteride right away. All the best.
