I think you have gained a good result so far. A large area was covered with the 3200 grafts and now you have an illusion of a full head of hair.

This is at 10 months and 9 days. Do you think the middle top will thicken up more? Or will that be in Phase 2?
I have decided give my body a break from fin for while, so hopefully this won't effect my progress too much.

I`d say you have had good growth so far when compared to your pre op pictures. The 3200 grafts were mainly placed to create your hairline and density behind it with the rest spread out at a lesser density. You had a large area that was very thin. At 10 months you still have time for more growth and maturing of the hairs. Once you reach 12 months+ Dr Bisanga will be in a position to best decide what areas to address with your second planned surgery.
If your hair was a bit longer than this last picture and combed flat I believe it would look better. What does it look like full face on with your hair lifted up to show the hairline?
What`s the reason you want to stop Finasteride for a while? This could induce a shed and lose any ground you`ve gained with its use.
I`d recommend reading this thread. It shows what can happen when you stop using the meds.
