This particular patient had traction alopecia and wouldn't require medication. However, for other causes of female hair loss I often recommend Viviscal Pro supplements to enhance general hair health. Although minoxidil can be very effective, it is quite an inconvenience to use long term. Low level laser therapy is well tolerated and can prove very effective in some patients.
