Hi all,
I am 40 years old. And I want hair transplant. But I have alot of questions. One of my friend who has been Turkey for holiday 2 month ago. He found Cosmedica clinic there and met DR. Spammer. He also want hair transplant. After that we googled him and watched his videos. That was so nice. But we wanna find someone who knows this clinic or who had transplanted there ? We need reference from their patients.

It is a transplant mill. Several people have a HT there each day, all of the work is carried out by technicians. The doctor just designs the hairline and marks out the areas that are to receive the grafts.
The cost of living is also a lot lower in Turkey.

Results from this Clinic are very mixed. Obviously some Technicians there are better than others. All depends on whether you want to play Russian Roulette with your hair?

If i wanted a hair transplant in Turkey i would prefer to pay a little extra and have someone competent working on my head.If you do your research you will find 3 Clinics in turkey that have consistently produced good work.

Not only have i noticed mixed results (some satisfactory and some terrible) from these hair mills. Many of these good results have had areas of their donor hair overharvested.

You could spend 2000 euros on a cheap hair transplant and 12000 euros in repairs!!!!!

When you see 3500 grafts transplanted in one day sometimes over 6-7hours. How on earth are they able to implant the grafts at the appropriate angles and better still, how can they do it in a consistently competent manner in such a short time frame!

Hi Garry,

I am also in contact with Dr.Spammer. He proposed me 3500 grafts to be collected from head, beard and chest. I don't have a very strong donor area since this would be my second HT. What I can say, so far I am very positive about him. He sounds very accountable. He said he participate in the operation as well. He opens channels. I will probably go as well like Nikol.
