Patient who had previous hairline surgery and not happy with the results. He did not want to remove the old grafts, preferring to supplement them with modern techniques. One procedure of 1558 FUG

I think that this is a very big improvement. In the above shot I can still see the old hairline sort of, does Dr Farjo do any fue based unplugging?

Sparky,

I agree there is a great improvement and at very close quaters you can sort of make the old work out.Fortunately most people are not so eagle eyed and he feels that he "gets away with it"

Our preference was to remove some of the old work but he wanted to try it without first and feels content with the situation now.We do a fair bit of old graft removal but fortunately it is becoming less common.

I don't think anyone on the street would see what I can see, I had to sort of squint to see it anyway.

It's definately a big improvement. Since the hairline wasn't too low, it's worked out well to plant new grafts surrounding the old work for a much more natural look now.

He must be happy to be able to brush his hair back and not see a line of plugs, nice transformation.

Thanks for the comments,

The real irony is that we should never have had to do this in the first place.

Definitely a much better improvement. I myself chose to camouflage the old work that I had and was fortunate to be able to do so given that the previous work was not too low of a hairline. I chose this route because I was able to but also because I just didn't want more downtime and possible complications.
