œ“ 31 years old, NW IIa, losing hair since the age of 20, with a hair loss history in his family (paternal side).

œ“ Started taking Finasteride 1mg, 3 months before the surgery.

œ“ Medium hair.

œ“ Normal follicular units.

œ“ Low % of hair in telogen phase.



RECOMMENDED TREATMENT

The patient came to visit me worried about his receding frontal area.

To restore his hairline and temple corners, I have used an important number of single follicular units in order to give a natural but at the same time dense look. 2s, 3s and 4s grafts have been placed behind the hairline to give fullness and coverage.

One year and two months after the surgery, the patient came back for a check-up and was enthusiastic about his results.
