Hi Dr Joe. Yes I'm very pleased with the result so far. The density looks really good for 1300 and if it grows out like this I'll be delighted. If so I'll happily ask for my forum name to be changed :T:. It was Janna who recommended you to me and I'm glad she did - thanks for all the hard work by you and the team.

A new username will be appropriate once your new hair has grown out, exciting times ahead for you.
All the best.

Apologies if some photos overlap a bit - but thought it better to post a few in case some shots show it a bit better.

Hi mate,
Nice to see how you're doing, it looks like it's starting to fill in, your scar is still a little red, mine is a little red also, think it's our pasty white complexions, how does it all look to you.
Cheers Bm.

Thanks Dazz. As you say early days for the crown but fingers crossed!

Hi Bigmac. Yes the shaved hairs are back so it's easy to cover with a bit of product. The scar looks redder in the photos than in real life I'd say. Obviously I'm hoping for a bit more growth on the crown - just aware for that part of the head it's a slow business.

Have a great Christmas and New Year folks!

Hi Baldspot, how is your transplant looking as you'll be a year out? I'm in the chair with Dr Josephitis at the end of this month. I'm feeling nervous and excited at the thought of it.
Be great to hear from you bud.

@Baldspot. How long did you leave your staples in? From experience with Shapiro and them doing scar repairs for me, I can tell you I got some pretty thin results by leaving my staples in for 21 days and 28 days...yes that is not a typo. I took half out at 21 days and the rest at 28. From experience I feel if you've had work done before and have had scars that widen, you need to leave the staples much much longer in so your area can heal.

@Crudence Dr. Joe is awesome. You have no reason to be nervous going to Janna, Matt & Dr. Joe & Shapiro all around. They'll take good care of you.
