This is a repair case :It takes a lot of time and has to be done step by step.Our patient had multiple strip surgeries with poor growth and linear scars in the donor .
I wanted to show you some aspects of his current results ( and not the last ):
-you will see the texture of his beard hairs ;coarser ,l onger than in their original donor area ie face or chin ; not very different from scalp hairs in frontal zone .The top and vertex is only BHT ( beard , chest and pubic hairs mostly )
-In the donor area , we grafted leg hairs , pubic hairs , belly hairs .
There is no sign of linear scar anymore because we grafted the linear scar with BHT (legs,belly ,chest ) .You will still notice the presence of white dots in donor area ,less disturbing than bad strip scar .
Body hairs do grow and the leading source should be beard hairs ( consistency in growth and unnoticeable scar when totally shaved ).
