Janna, how far in advance do I need to book for an FUE case? Do the two Shapiro's offer the same rate or is one cheaper? I will definately want Acell too. Thanks for your time.

The price per graft is the same for Dr. Ron and Dr. Paul. It's currently $7 per graft USD. Due to Dr. Ron's international reputation, his schedule gets filled faster than Dr. Paul's but Dr. Paul isn't far behind. The advantage of going with Dr. Paul is finding a date a little sooner. Our fue schedule gets booked about 2 1/2 to 3 months ahead of time. As of today, we have a spot or two in March and then mid to late April is open.
The best thing to do is email pics and set up a consultation so we can determine if FUE is best for you and make sure we can achieve your ht goals. Thanks for your interest in SMG.

Cheers Janna for your prompt reply. I ve been following SMG for quite awhile and I love your results. I m truly ready to do this. There are tons of great reviews from your past patients on the message boards. I said to myself, why keep looking? Considering your reputation in the industry your FUE price should be higher than others in the US yet it s 30% lower! Wow, that says a lot about your clinic. What I like is you guys are the full package with a well earned reputation built on consistent results year in and year out. I also don t know anyone else who is held in higher regard amongst other doctors in the industry as Dr. Ron Shapiro. How many ht surgeons have been your patients would you say? Okay, enough said. I've replied to Sams via email regarding his question and comments but I forgot to answer on here for those who are interested even though I cannot give an exact count.
I can't recall exactly the number of other ht doctors, or other physicians that we've worked on at SMG. There are quite a few but we don't keep track in a systematic manner. Between working on them and doctors that come to visit, it seems like we have a ht doctor here every month. I'm sorry I can't give you an exact figure.
For our FUE and Strip procedures, we are currently booking into April and May.
