This is looking very good for 6 months. Your hairline looks very natural, no hint of it being transplanted.
How`s the density behind the hairline?

Here's two taken from above with damp hair.
My hairs a bit longer so its harder to tell but I'm happy with the density. You can't see much scalp when its dry with product on.
I feel the crown has benefited from 9 months on the meds (1mg propecia + 2 regaine foams per day)

Glad you’re happy with the density. It looks decent. Meds really do help the result and to maintain it.

Both hair transplant results look good. The one thing I do not get is why you had to transplant the same area twice. Are not transplanted hairs supposed to be permanent?

The transplanted hairs from the first round remained

As I chose not to take meds my hair loss just continued.

Quite a few people have transplants then decide to stop taking meds which can result in losing more native hair. Even grafts from the donor zone may need meds to survive
