Hi Pacman. I was treated by the arte novi clinic Dr sam last year - I had a FUT 2000 procedure in 2005 in the UK... not great results and was very scared to revisit my balding patches. Dr Sam's team did a splendid job with a FUE procedure - 2400 Follicles done and my results 11 months on is stunning. very happy - returning next February to the clinic to enhance a bit on my vertex - the FUE is a huge step forward and i had 5 days downtime in comparison to my 15 days before and NO SCAR. I regret i did not take the FUE for my first procedure as well. PS. The Carboxy treatment is powerful! have a friend attending his clinic for carboxy and we see clear difference 4 months ....have to keep it up though??

I admit i'm skeptical of a guy who has just joined and posts on this thread same day! and also has a friend undergoing Carboxy!

Im bumping this thread, Has anyone got any information on this Doctor/Clinic?

The only reviews I can find are by people with only 1 posts to each forum.

Cant seem to find any cases online good or bad.

Might send the clinic an email to investigate more.

Sorry Lads,

Just to add, the other Dr. at the Clinic is Dr. Andre Nel. When you research this guy you will find he claims to be trained by Dr. Bijan Feriduni. Which can only be a good thing!

He has also visited Shapiro Medical to "learn first hand how the best in the world go about their business".

Just hoping that Janna @ SMG or Christian @ Feriduni can let us know if this is true?

I thought it would be good to update you on the progress made after my FUE. it is now nearly two years on and I am extremely happy with my end-result. Dr. van Eeden and the Arte Novi team did a splendid job with the 2400 FUE originally done. I could not belieeve how quickly the follicles took and my hair started growing immediately. I had some loss of the hair in the transplant areas, which I knew from my original FUT procedure was normal. However, I am a few years older now and the growth of the follicles this time reached great potential already 6 months into the transplant.... I had to wait at least a year to 18 months after my first FUT procedure to see a significant improvement. This time after 6 months my bald patches were well covered and now two years later I am extremely happy and confident that no one would even guess I was balding. My receding hairline and balding frontal area is completely restored and I am happy as larry with my results. My original FUT scar however was always a sensitive issue. I really regretted having it done, after the original FUT procedure I felt embarrassed about the scar. I returned to Arte Novi Clinic end of June and Dr van Eeden performed a scar correction for me - again performing an FUE - 1000 FUE - he shaved only strips on the back and the sides of the head and I could cover the donor areas easily with my hair...and a bit of hairspray. Dr. Sam filled in the scar and I recovered very quickly. I could return to my professional practice within the week without anyone even noticing that I had a transplant. The scar is well covered up and I am happy to report that i had my first very short / close shave on the back and the sides 2 weeks ago and my scar is not visible anymore!! I have to disclose that I am still doing the carboxytherapy treatment in the arte novi clinic and this might have contributed also to the brilliant end result. Very happy with the result. Thank you Dr. van Eeden and the Arte Novi Clinic for restoring my confidence and terrible FUT scar and results.

Hi Pacman, I will get some photos taken over the weekend and post them early next week (hope the clinic will send me some too). When I went to get the most recent procedure done, I actually had a video made of my experience. Dr. Sam is working with a guy making a documentary, he interviewed me asking about my first FUT and why I wanted scar repair etc... I will ask them is it possible to get it on youtube I e-mailed the clinic asking for my photos and I also told them about the forum I said that they should sign up themselves so they can post replies to any questions. Hope this helps, PS I €™m very busy so I won €™t be online till next week.
