Dr Wesleys Piroscope Technique

Just read this article on Dr Wesley's Piroscope technique and it sounds very interesting indeed. I know Milena or Dr Wesley mentioned it on here briefly a while back but after reading about it in this article i'm interested to hear about how it's coming along?
