Until i see her medical qualifications i dont believe the clinic. Why are they ignoring my requests to see to disclose it otherwise? Why are they giving me weird answers about my medical certificate? Sorry but until I see proof of something I dont trust anyone anymore. It's also weird the front desk refers to her as a tech.

I've tried messaging you before you but never got a response so didn't bother doing trying again. The mod here knows who I am though and is aware of my history. Im utterly ashamed i have two bad results from reputable clinics, i dont even understand how it happened or what to do next.
