Hopefully ethics would come into play here. Regardless of high definition pictures and giving someone false hope. There is no way to predict future hairloss .Wishing to have someone elses hairline in a few yrs time will most likely seem fairly daft. I would just look after the head of hair you have and there are far cheaper ways than surgery to do it.

The second photoshop you have done is exactly what im after.
Ive been to a couple of consultations in the UK 1 wouldnt even consider giving me a HT the other agreed to it but didnt fill me with confidence at all.
Ive been looking towards Europe in my research mainly BHR, Dr Feredini as there FUE results are looking good. It just hard as they mainly post on Dutch,German forums.
David Villa does look great though.

Dont touch the UK imho, thats where I got hacked up, looking at your hairline, I dont see why a small procedure couldnt be done, loads of people with similar hair to yours get work done by good doctors.

I didnt lower your actual hairline with this, just the temples and a bit on the temple points.

Sparky you seem to of changed your mind from no good docs would touch this. Can you photoshop future hairloss patterns after the first surgery has been done ?

This is a different guy to the original poster, no I cant photoshop future hairloss, but some people are going to go and get this done whatever we say, so if I can convince them to get way less done then maybe they wont get hacked up.

When your young and in that state of mind nobody can convince you otherwise, i've been there and know first hand what its like, I dont want them to get surgery but they dont know me or you so they arent just going to agree with us when we say "dont do anything"

If I had changed my mind I wouldnt ask about family history would I? or whether they were on Propecia.
Tweaks to the hairline arent innapropriate, obviously being 30 years old would be a better age to start, all I want to do is steer people away from what happened to me and you (you more so)

If I could have my way i'd make it so HT's were never invented but thats not gonna happen.

I was 26 when i got F***** over by a total shite so i know first hand too but that was 15 yrs ago . I can see your point of view about the low hairlines. But with both posters i really cant see the point in any surgery at all. I also understand it affects people in different ways but it is almost starting to sound like choosing a hairline from a catologue. The long term should really be considered. Is it worth the money and a life of on going procedures for a few cm of hair to a perfectly normal in appearence hairline.

All good advice other than Dr Arvinds not sure what that was all about.
Dear zionaxel,
What I meant is that the hairline designed on the original pictures, especially the temple point is totally wrong.
Temple points do not exist where they have been marked on the picture.
The photoshopped picture posted by another poster explains the point.
See the photoshopped temple point.
Its totally wrong location.

Let me know if you have any doubts.

It was just the suggestion of using 2500 grafts which you would obviously know better than any potential patient. Then posting a picture of what your hairline could look like when there was nothing at all wrong with the posters hair.
Im not trying to question procedures i mean what do i know im just a normal guy . All what you have said for the procedure is right you can not question that. My point is wether its 1500 or 2500 or has the poster asked for a impossible hairline. The simply reply is purely you dont need a hair transplant. Once you give people the sense that what you originally wanted is not right but we can do this instead it opens a can of worms.
No hard feelings Dr Arvind i was not questioning how the procedure should be done just wether it should be done at all.

No, I agree with zionaxel, this could open up a can of worms, i'm happy to photoshop pics for people as its something to do, but dont think because I can add hair to a picture, the doctor can do the same thing.

No hard feelings Zionaxel. Maybe, it was a miscommunication on my part. My apologies.
I was talking more about the artistic aspect of what a hairline should look like. I found the aesthetic points haywire and pointed that out.

My apologies if it opened a can of worms (or could potentially). That was not the intention.
Its just that,as a doctor, one could add hair as shown in the photoshopped picture. Only, I would not. It will look weird because the temple points would be all wrong. One never finds the temple points on the forehead as shown on the drawn hairline as well as the photoshopped picture.

Thanks for the Feedback Sparky and that photo shop, it looks really good on me LOL,
I also agree with everything your saying i am being totally realistic with my goals. Im 29 now doing my research for future loss aswell as the now and will keep the temple points slightly receded on purpose to be fitting with my age. all i want is to shape the hairline not create an entirely new one.
So with my new pic you have done im going to take it to all my consultations thanks for that. ¬b`

I thought you were 25, so at 29 its not so bad to get an HT, as long as you dont go crazy with it.

I agree with you Dr Arvind, I knew what your intentions were from the beggining.

Thanks for all the comments guys.

Sparky, after seeing your blog, this is what i would like to get done. Temples filled in and so straightening off the hairline. Your 2nd photoshop looks awesome and i would go for that.

@ Dr. Arvind - In my first post it was a rough idea of what i wanted and not intended to be a perfect take on how the temples 'angles' should exactly be, hence why i posted pics of what i want my new hairline to be like.

Again, thanks for the advice guys. This is what i needed, to hear from you guys with experience of this.

Hi def pics will be along shortly all being well.

:D
