I had 795 grafts removed so that took about 2.5 hours, then about 2 hours to insert. You’ll need 3 days off work as you need to spray your head every 30 mins with saline.
I had the back of my head shaved but not the top.
What are you planning to get done?

That's good, I have been told it will be 1700- 2000 hairs extracted, this is to get my hairline straighter as I have recession on the temple areas but no sign of balding on top and have thick hair

I have quite fine hair and wanted the line behind my front tuft strengthened and my temples. I didn’t want my hairline back to the hairline of my 20s or even early 30s.

Finasteride could work really well for you. Check out the possible sides and speak to your doctor about it.
