I`m only 19 and losing my hair. What are the chances I can get a Prescription called in for Finasteride? I`m worried about the effects it could have on my body, I`m still developing although looking at my hair you`d think I`ve reached 40. Neither of my parents or siblings have lost their hair, so why me? It sucks!

Remember it is a life long commitment if you want to retain your hair unless some new cure or treatment arrives.

My crown is beginning to look like a Monks hair cut which from behind makes me look like an old guy. Loss of sex drive does not concern me at this moment in time, maybe in the future it could. All I want is to look my age and enjoy my youth which I`m struggling to do right now.

Do you think I could get a prescription for Finasteride? Maybe I`m better off purchasing online.

Hi casey it shouldn't be a problem getting a prescription! It depends what country your in for example in Spain you can buy it over the counter.
My advice is get yourself some nizoral shampoo, saw palmetto rogaine foam and biotin.
See how that works however it may take a few months to show!
