flying with minoxidil?

Im flying in a couple of weeks with only hand luggage and wondered how others are carrying minox?

Its the standard 60g can(roughly 250ml i think)from minoxidil direct,so it wont fit in the 20cm x 20cm liquids bag.

I think ill just put it in my rucksack and hope for the best...

They will seize it. Happened to me aug 2012. Principally because it was'nt in a clear container, that was at London Gatwick. U might be lucky, but if u miss out on
2wks of Minox application, will it really make any difference?

I would just leave it at home, a few days before the surgery should be ok and you won't be using it straight away post op so why take a chance dude.

They'll seize it chaps. I'd only ever bring it if putting it in checked on luggage.

You could always pour some into a smaller clear container/bottle that you can put in the clear plastic bag they provide.

I took the risk and stuck it in my rucksack.I got through both ways without a problem.On the flight out they didnt even check my liquids bag!.

It is a risk though as said,worth taking if your nearing the end of a can .

BM-i use the foam mate so that would have been messy! lol
