The list of foods is pretty accurate in my humble opinion.

I've been supplementing with these for years. I'm a full blown NW5.

No food will have any influence on the balding process.

I don't think the foods actually prevent hairloss, they are just good for your body and general health.

I guess certain parts of your body require "more" of a specific nutrient and these may be more specific to healthy hair. If the balding process can be solved by the type of food we eat life would be much simpler! ;)

Yeah my thoughts too, i have been a firm believer in my body is a temple....NOT for the last ten years.... before that i was really into healthy foods and was fairly fit, but it hasn't made a differance in my hair loss at all and my body is no longer a temple and more of a dustbin/garbage bin these days.

I guess I'm somewhere in between...not exactly a temple and occasionally a garbage bin *nl

I've seen people who live on the streets who eat scraps and they have full heads of thick hair. As we know though everyone is different.

I guess you do the best you can ie: by trying to eat healthy but that's still no guarantee for a full head of hair. :'#G::

I had earlier come across this article: http://www.hairclinic.ae/natural-remedies-for-hair-loss
A nutritious diet may save our hair from thinning out. Ultimately, the body is nourished by what we eat. A nutrient-deprived diet and a lax attitude to hair can make you bald gradually, although other factors like heredity, medicine-side effects, medical conditions etc. cannot be neglected.
A protein component in a diet is essential to body growth and hair growth as well. Vitamin E is another important nutrient for hair growth as it helps in the growth of new hair.
