You will have a chance to have consultation with Dr Erdogan and have your donor and recipient area assessed under magnification.

Why does consultation with clinics always have to be in london
I think if london and Birmingham and Manchester were the 3 main places it would be easier for everyone

I agree. I live in Scotland. Try getting the train to London at the moment: between strikes & maintenance work, it's a nightmare. At least Manchester is within reasonable driving distance.

Probably the easiest location for them to fly to. Easier to travel to London than Turkey for a consultation.
