I am an 22 year old female from the Netherlands and i was not sadisfied with my hairline. After some research i came in contact with the dr Civas clinique in Ankara, Turkey. The assistent was very helpfull and she was giving me all the information i needed. It felt good from the start, and as i am young and traveled alone, i wanted to be in good hands. I chose this clinique because i read so many good stories about Dr Civas and his team, the prices were good and the hotel (around the corner!) and transfer were included.
My flight was delayed, and because i had a transit fligt, my suitcase got lost. The driver was so helpfull and told me everything will be allright. My luggage was still in Istanbul and i would get it the next day after surgery. So i had a little rough start, but coming to the clinique made everythinh okay again. The ladies were so sweet and made me feel so comfortable! Because i chose for FUE, the girls had to shave my long hair and they were more upset than me, it made me laugh.
Dr Civas is very nice as well. We talked about the results and what would look nice. Through the surgery Dr Civas ask me if i was in pain and he was very caring. I didnt felt pain at all, and not one second did i regret my choice. In between i got a very nice meal and then we continued the operation.
After surgery Dr Civas explained everything step by step and even got me roomservice for the night so i wouldnt have to go out.
The next day i came to get the bandaid off and the girls washed my hair. I am still amazed that through the whole experience i didn't feel pain at all, even now after one week. I can say that everything has been better than i imagened it to be.
