I've been reading around on the forums here and some post from a few years back have had guys on here saying that they went to their UK based GP and have gotten prescriptions for finasteride for under £10 (one guy said about £4.50!!)
Is that still the case now? Can you still get 1mg and/or 5mg cheap? and do you have the option of Merck brand or is it just generic brands available in such cases?
(I have been to see my GP but didn't outright ask him for a prescription however did hint about taking 5mg and cutting it up and he didn't seem too happy about going along with the idea, however after just discovering this regarding people having successfully gaining a prescription, I'm thinking about going back to ask for a private prescription in a more direct manner.)
