34 y/o WM comes in with diffuse miniaturization in an early diffuse patterned hair loss. He seemed a good candidate for medical treatment before considering surgery. He was placed on finasteride 1.25mg daily along with 5% minoxidil foam twice daily. Results are at 14 months.

I agree with Bigmac, that's an awesome response to the meds. ¬b` What are his intentions now seeing his hairs improved so much? Will he just monitor things for the time being or does he plan on having a small procedure to the crown to add a little density? (not that it's really needed as it looks great as is)
