Good article as said BM but this point needs stressing as there was an article this week in the press where a young lady ended up needing a liver transplant through taking too much of a supplement.....I appreciate this is rare and an extreme case for that matter but it shows it can happen so if taking supplements of any type you should be sticking to the recommended doses.
