Dear alzcharlton,

I think that you got the most sincere replies in this thread and this means that doctors that commented on your thread don't try to sell you an HT and are professionals. Good jod forum members.

If you are willing to have another hair transplant then you will probably have to take a risk for the future.

Alzcharlton,
After seeing your latest photos.

Sorry that you have gone through this at such a young age, 20 is no age to be having to deal with this crap but you have been dealt the hand that you have. 20 is too young to be having a transplant for any patient but a patient with your advanced level of loss at such a young age means unfortunately your are going to loss more hair unless you get on propecia/proscar to stop it.
You have a large forehead and fine, blonde hair 3 characteristics that are not helping you and as others say the donor density at the sides appears below average. I really can't see that you would have a large enough number of grafts available to get you a decent improvement and that's for strip or fue.
I really recommend you get on the medication and hope that it shows an improvement in guys your age you have the best chance of regaining some of that hair on top in the crown and mid scalp and possibility improving the donor hair quality or at least holding what you have. Try rogaine and see of that will help, infact do all you can, vitamins, eat healthy and exercise regularly.
Take some photos in 6 months and a year if you do decide to take the medication if you don't then I would shave your head and see how you get on with that look.

I wish you all the best.
