HSI wins lawsuit at the Reclame Code Commissie!

O

Just a quick side note to this.

The reklame code commissie is not a court, it is a board.

Furthermore the board has NO hair transplant specialist, no Stemcells specialist. In fact I believe that most participating users here know a lot more about HT than those that had to make the final descision.

I leave it up to others to judge this.

It would be interesting to see what the outcome would have been if the board had contacted some reputable HT docs or stemcell engineers.

And you mean a judge at court is a "hair transplant specialist" or "stem cell specialist"?
And why didn't you, as a plaintiff, used a "real judge" or court??

Seems some did it already.

Biotech companies like Follica (Dr. George Cotsarelis) did it already, and they quote and use Gho's technique for their basics.

By the way, contrary to your (incompetent) "proof" Dr. Christine Mummery, Dr. George Cotsarelis KNEW since more than 20 years, WHERE the follicular stem cells reside:

Cotsarelis 1990: Our findings, plus a reevaluation of the literature, suggest that follicular stem cells reside in the bulge region, instead of the lower bulb.
