Hair thinning? Or just the light + damp hair?

Hey been a while since I posted, but a bit bothered by something. Just had my hair cut, got it cut a lot shorter than usual - not intentionally but whatever. So, decided to get home and have a check at the part that bothers me.
I got this:

Went to a derm last year, who said my hair was fine with no hair loss, prescribed me Ketopine (I think) for my scalp as it's inflamed and scabby. My hair, and scalp hasn't changed from last year I don't think - I just think it looks worse since my hair is short. I don't know. My hair doesn't look like this when I use mirrors. My hair is damp in those pics, some with flash, some without, but what do you think? In comparison to my dry - albeit lesser quality pics, as I used a webcam:

I don't know it looks like that as my hair is straight and blonde. But either way, I don't like it and dunno if it's a problem or just 'the way my hair is'.
My hairline is a V shape, and I'm not a fan of it but there's no thinning. Family members say it's the same - I don't know if they're just saying that, but either way, V shape with no thinning is mature. I'm just worried about overall diffuse thinning.
Here's a couple of pics where my hair is dry, though I have product in - I tend to always wear product because of the texture of my hair, it's sticks out as it's straight, so I need to wear something to flatten it. This is just after getting up this morning, so I've not wash my hair or anything.

I took a couple pics a week or two ago of the bath after I'd had one. These are the hairs in the bath. I've had to higher up the contrast so you can see them.

oh, and here's a pic from 2 years ago. it's cached so not a great quality photo, but it's all I have. It's when I started to worry about my crown and top of my hair.

So yeah. Replies would be great cos I'm confused at the moment. And I hate this hair cut.
Sorry about the long post and numerous pics. Pulling my hair out - well not really - worrying about this.

Even though you are doing your best to convince yourself that you are losing your hair, I haven't seen one picture from you yet that suggests this is true.

People lose on average 150 hairs a day, all people.

The hair in your hairline above the middle of your eyebrows is usually the first thing to go. I don't see that.

You can lose a little bit of hair from other things besides male-pattern balding. Too much energy drinks, tobacco, etc. If you think that you are losing hair, which I can't see, the best thing you can do is take some pictures regularly and then go to a dermatologist.

I agree with the others, your hair looks fine and you need to stop worrying about it as stress can cause hairloss. As suggested maybe go see a Dermatologist or a HT doctor for a miniturization check.
Take care,
Bm.

Your hair looks great and I don't see a issue in the crown. Bright light and wet hair are going to make your scalp visible and as Sparky says everyone looses hair on a daily basis. Some days your loose more hair than other days it is a natural process that your hair sheds, rests and grows.

Enjoy yourself instead of worrying about it.

That's quite a full head of hair...I would be ecstatic if that was my "hair loss"!

I agree with the others, stop worrying abt it!
