Hair Thinning

On Friday night after i took a shower i noticed that my hair felt like it had a lot less volume than it normally does. I pulled my hair a bit to see if it was shedding but nothing really came out. I then proceeded to notice it seemed to be thinning all around my entire head.

I must admit that the last 3 weeks for me have been very stressful but I'm wondering if it really is just stress. There isn't one particular area that is thinning more than an other.

My father is bald but i have more my mother's hair, and there isn't a single bald person on her side of the family (additionally my father is the only bald person on his side too). I have always had a huge thick amount of hair, but what does it mean if it suddenly thins like it is right now? Is it stress or should i be worried its something else. And if it is stress how soon can i expect this to return to its normal volume?

1. Try to avoid daily hair washing.
2. Apply conditioner to the mid and ends rather than at the roots.
3. Tyr to keep your hair well conditioned with a rich moisturising product.

yea it's really a serious problem. you have to discuss with doctor and try for natural products like silica, chemtrails , Aloevera , shampoo or any herbal oil.

Don't think it's stress, you can go either way if your dad is bald and your mums family arent.

Remember you lose 100-150 hairs a day anyway, how old are you?

To avoid any kind of hair problem, it is necessary to have balanced diet which gives all the essential vitamins and the proteins to the body. Drink at least 8 glass of water each day to avoid the problem of dryness.

It is very important to have iron in the diet too, this is found in fish and beans, i think eggs aswell.

you has said that your father has baldness, then it may be a reason for you getting thin hair, even though you has mom's hair.k then have you use any products for hair loss or any other conditioners, natural therapies.
If used any difference after applying it.please share with us

it is also import to note that not only the products for hair loss and conditioners you must also care about your hair.for this you must eat the food having iron, especially all leafy vegetables has more iron compare to other items.

where i think so you must use oil, or stop using hair dryer. It weaker the hair strength.

Scalp massage and manipulation is the best way to invigorate your scalp and keep the your blood flow moving nicely. It works to keep the scalp healthy and shiny. also change the type of shampoo and conditioner you are using. You need something with more protein . try nioxin, it is an investment when it comes to shampoos but it works nicely.
Good Luck!!
