Hair Transplant 1 month post op. Anxiety help please!

Are those hairs on the crown on the week 4 pics new hairs coming in, or are they transplanted hairs that did not grow? Would that mean a graft failure if no growth prior to a shed?

I know shedding is normal and expected but my anxiety is struggling with weeks 2 pics vs week 4, it looks so bad lol Do you think it looks normal or is anything concerning?

How do people stop worrying over this stuff?

Its normal ...you will come out of the shedding month after 2 month post op...its long waiting game my friend ...so keep calm and don't be anxious ...Happy growing and keep updating ..

Everything looks fine to me. Some hairs could continue to grow, some may be stalled hairs, but most of them will shed.
You need to trust the process and let nature take its course now. How many grafts did you have?

It ended up being around 3000 grafts as she wanted to pack in a bit more density. Thanks places like this really help especially if you are anxious. Trust in the very loooong but worth it process lol

The photos look fine and what’s to be expected.

I think all of us get anxious before during and after so don’t beat yourself up with it

It can take the full 12 months to see the end results. You just have to wait it out.
