After about 2-3 weeks buddy, no longer than a month that's for sure. How ever be prepared for the redness to stay on for a lot longer than that, so will the numbness. I am few days short of three month mark and numbness is still there however almost gone now, same applies to redness

Thanks VIK its mad the stages you go through. What do you think the worst mentally is so far? Also did you use Aloe Vera for the redness? looking at your pics post op around 2 month mark you dont seem to have much redness. Doesnt look like you had a transplant.

Dude to be honest after reading supersmooth's posts it put me off worrying for the rest of my life, i am pretty chilled out person and only stress out when i am tired, i am now (3 years without a holiday). I started applying aloe vera after two months, and over the past month the redness receded drastically, kinda like my hair😂😂 best thing is not to worry and just let time do it's thing

Haven't shaved my head for 9 days, on thursday flying to see my parents for a week, won't be shaving my head and will see how things turn out. Will post updates if i have any. I think the tough times are over, first three months waiting for the head to heal and for hairs to start breaking through. Now looking forward to new growth

I think you should share the results from your clinic in the "Clinics" section. Thank you for your support though

Hey Vik thanks for the updates! I look forward to them as your a few months ahead of me. I am coming on 14 days now post op with cosmedica, Donor area is pretty much healed, scabs are gone and just left with red skin in recipient area. I have had some shedding last couple of days but i think thats normal, hopefully have some results soon. Im very surprised at the healing rate so far!

Dude, so happy for you especially the fact that you are healing so well. My redness almost gone, but it has been 3.5 months since the op. All the best to you and loads of growth
