Looks alright from the pic, from your previous pics it looks like you had a decent amount of hair in the front already before the procedure. It looks like he has transplanted into hair so quite a dense area, has the transplant affected your native hair at all?

No not that I have noticed. Almost at the 9 month mark which is when they say you should see more density

Both sides should even out but they can take the full 12 months to do so.

Awful results after 2 year.
Clinic basicalllu have took no responsibility at all.
So I had a hair transplant at the hair Dr by arshad and his team. Staff were very polite however the results were appalling. Paid £6000 for 2000 grafts and you be luck to count 500. During my 6 and 12 month reviews they told me it was looking good and even asked me to leave good reviews as they knew I wasn’t happy with the progress.
The hair I already had was covering up the awful work they had done.
I have complained and raised concerns through email and WhatsApp to just be pretty much ignored.
If you would like to see my awful results. There’s a hair loss forum called ‘hair loss experience’ my name on there will be D18.
Not only do they mess around with peoples money but it’s messing with peoples mental health.
You don’t just pay for surgery you pay for results which I haven’t got. Don’t been fooled by there photos. If you ready the forum a lot of people have had a second transplant as his work was terrible.
I went to see another hair specialist who told my that the hairs they took from my donor area had been split and there was no way I received 2000 grafts. Which you will be able to see from my awful photo.
I also paid £1000 deposit and was then made to pay another 1000 on the day of the surgery, this should have been a huge red flag. But I was blinded by the photos they but on there website.
Avoid this place at all costs. Some of my mates have been to turkey and revived great results.
Also for £3 a graft at the hair Dr you would expect better results.

I finally received and email back, only because I said i was going to cancel the direct debit. They pretty much told me that as I left a good review ‘which the doctor asked me to do’ as he already knew that I had complained. Absolutely horrendous company. Robbed me from start to finish!!

Imagine paying 6000 for that. Apparently 2000 grafts

Looking at your picture, there still appears to be redness in the recipient area on the left hand side (as you look at it). Has that lasted since the original procedure 2 years ago?

Hi @D18

Its Adam from the clinic. A patient of ours has brought the threads you have created on this website to my attention. He sent me the link to this thread and several others you have created.

I am really sorry to see that you are upset by this situation and that you have resorted to trolling us online. I know you wrote to the clinic and Sommiya responded to you. What has really bemused us is that at 12 months you told us that you are very happy with the result and that apart from a small patch on the right side (which you felt that needed around 30 grafts) that you were "over the moon". You even wrote that on this forum in another thread (see below). At 12 months you mentioned you were keeping your hair "really short" and was still happy with the result.

I am really struggling to understand what has happened here. In some cases overtime the hair loss situation can evolve but we can not comment on that as we have not seen you back in the clinic recently to assess your scalp. In terms of your further surgery we wish you all the best, the comment you wrote about not receiving the 2000 grafts is false, you can see the grafts placed in the immediate post operative pictures. Whenever the hair is buzz cut the same density and coverage is not seen as compared to when the hair is longer. Hair transplant does not replace every single hair follicle that has ben lost, that is not possible.

Whilst I do not want to get into an online debate with you, it is unfair for you to troll the clinic. We have made our position clear to you in that we do not provide refunds for surgery, there is no guarantee of a particular outcome. In some select cases we do offer patients further surgery to add more grafts but this is considered on an individual case by case basis and we reserve the right to withhold elective treatment. I have attached some pictures below showing your progress. Even at this stage if you wanted to come and see us at the clinic or speak to us over the phone we would be happy to do so.

Regards
Adam

Hi, If you read my last comment you will see that I said I was asked by yourselves to leave this comment!!
If you were a patient would you be happy with my current situation?
My existing hair was clearing covering up the work yous had done!! He has the come in my fringe, i never asked for my fringe to be done as I already had hair there, again which yous chose to ignore.
I few people on this forum hair said they have had to have a second transplant as they revived a poor result. I would never expect a full refund, but 6000£ for this type of work is disgusting!!
You don’t just pay for surgery you pay for results!!

I had also complained to the clinic numerous time about my hair before this which again you’re choosing to ignore!!
Don’t tell me the doctor would be happy with this work.
I sent this picture in which you are still ignoring and shows poor work.

Just to add onto this to make anyone aware of your thinking about the hair DR. As my hair is growing back in, I’ve noticed that is all pointing to the left, rather than growing forward like the rest of my hair. I’ve been informed they must have put in the incorrectly. Explains a lot as well.
Unbelievable they they get away with this!!
Stay away!!
