Hair Transplant timing - should i wait more ?

Goodnight. I've been using topical minodixil (Rogaine) since October, I think it helped my hair get a bit thicker after 5 months, but since then it seems to have no effect and I even notice more hair loss. Hair transplantation will be a reality in the near future, but I don't know what the best timing is. I have areas practically without hair but others with hair that is still acceptable, although with a tendency to fall out and I know that in months or years I will have practically no hair. The question is whether it is worth having the transplant now to cover the areas most affected by baldness or the best thing is to wait until the remaining hair falls out more in order to make the transplant profitable and try to implant the largest number of follicles in a single session.

You are only using minoxidil which is helpful in making your hairs thicker and fuller ...it doesn't stop your hair from falling(hairloss)...you need to use finasteride for that...finasteride will stabilise your hairloss...you can start with a low dose of 1mg tablet 3-4 times a week...you can try PRP sessions as well which may be helpful in your particular case....and be on both the medication religiously for at least 12 months before considering a surgery ...

The extra loss you have noticed could be your hair going through a shed. This is normal with minoxidil. Finasteride has helped my hair. Without it, I would be in a far worse situation.
Give it some consideration before a surgery.

Start Gene therapy for hairloss using microneedling, gene therapy serums and epigenome improvement.
That will strengthen the hair on the edges of the bald scalp. Take pictures to monitor progress.

Start Gene therapy for hairloss
Hi, Dr Arvind.
A couple of points: (1) Can you post some before/after pictures to show the results of gene therapy? (I don't wish to hijack fabrik's thread, so it might be better to start a new one.) (2) Is it possible to carry out the therapy long distance, i.e. I send you some samples via the mail, and you send me the treatment (Resveratrol / Grapeseed extract), along with instructions, or does one need to travel to New Delhi to receive it? (I live in the UK btw.)
Thank you.

Yes. I am posting the results of gene therapy interventions from time to time and will continue.
One doesn't need to travel to clinic unless the hairfall is severe and you need a stronger gene therapy version using Fisetin too.

Otherwise, one can follow instructions as given on our website/ youtube channel and the Gene therapy tool. No need for a personal visit.
