Hairline hairtransplant removal

I recently went to Turkey to lower my hairline. Everything looks alright after 1 month, but I can’t stop thinking about the future. If I ever go bald I would rather just shave my head since I don’t wanna go through this experience again. But I don’t know if it is possible to look like a normal bald guy after a fur of around 2000 grafts to lower hairline. Otherwise is it possible to remove the hair Transplant and go back to your original hairline ever since the procedure I have learned to accept and appreciate what you already have and stop chasing things you don’t have.
I wish I never did this !
Btw is not about the quality of hair transplant but more about me wanting to go through life without worrying about the next procedure

Any pictures to add? What about using Finasteride to stop the loss? Having 2000 grafts removed will be expensive and risky. I’ve not seen any clinic remove that number of grafts.

Usually, I have seen fue removal of some grafts with no scarring. I hope it could be a process of that. I know it might be expensive but what risk is it to it other than additional scarring.
Is it not possible to clean shave your head and be a normal bald guy if you loose you hair. Half of my family history is somehow bald and some haven’t really lost their hair. If I loose my hair I will only have a hairline of a Norwood 0, which will look very unnatural.
I don’t know why I rushed into it without thinking about worst case, probably wouldn’t have done it if I did. I would not be on any medications because of the side effects my body would not respond well to. I’m not balding right btw.

How old are you? Do you have pictures to show the transplanted grafts? Removing them will cause scarring.

I’m 23 years old and haven’t experienced hair loss. I just thought I will get good result and have that until I one day will loose my hair where I can shave my head and be a normal bald person. But it’s really hard to find pictures of people shaving their head bald after fue. If I’m removing the grafts will the scarring be very visible. Is there any other removal options where scarring will not happend or be very unnoticeable

You can search on this forum for repair cases when grafts had to be removed from the hairline. Not a simple thing to do I think and it will scar, no one can say really how visible. Normally it´s just a few removed though.

I`d like to clarify a few things.
You currently don’t suffer from any hair loss, is that correct?
Why did you want your hairline lowered? Have you a natural high hairline?
Do you have before and after pictures of your hairline?
What clinic did you go to?

Removing 2000 grafts from your hairline will create a lot of scar tissue. if You had a density of 45 grafts per cm2 that’s 45 punch holes per cm2 in close proximity as opposed to your donor area where they should have been extracted in a spaced out pattern. Removing that many via FUE runs the risk of scar tissue joining up.

Mate I'm in the same boat as u
All I had was a receded hairline
I had my corners filled in with transplants
I've had 3 transplants to get the density
And my transplants are poorly angled gaps around transplants and u can still see my receded hairline
Its ruined my life and I wish I could remove all the work,go back to my original hairline
And move on
I'm also left with 2 big strip scars
So cant cut short
I went to a top surgeon as well,not naming names
