Yeah u can but i advise u not 2
It needs to be more receded looking cos as u age it might not suit ur face etc
So the left side of the pen mark needs to go up alot more NOT down

It won't look natural at all and will waste grafts for nothing, at HDC we get many complaints from paitents that had these weird\women hairlines by cheap hair mills.

Either way it looks you're too young for HT.
