I am very interested in hearing if anyone else has ever beaten alopecia of any kind? I myself managed to beat totalis alopecia and I feel very blessed. I would like other people's story or if you haven't beat it what products or procedures are you trying?

It would be beneficial if you share your story first on how you beat it.
Congrats on achieving this.

I lost all my hair at 14 with totalis alopecia.. I'm now 29 and have a full head of hair..I studied what could cause this to happen and made some lifestyle changes and over time my hair started to grow back, now it's back!!

That's really good to hear. What lifestyle changes did you do? Also what were the causes for you?

I went through a really bad time losing both grandparents at 12 and then at 14 lost all my hair. After years and studying and understanding what might of happened to me I started adapting the information i had found and making dramatic lifestyle changes.. I started changing my diet to healthy eating and working out a lot more. Then I started working on the anxiety that attacked me when I lost my grandparents.. After 2 years of investing in myself to my amazement I started to see results. I now have back my full head of hair.I hope this helps other people

Thanks.. Yeah it was very hard more because of my age.. The pyscologal effects this has on you is devastating.. I hit deep depression for 10 years! I would love to help people in a similar situation as I have gained a wealth of knowledge on everything.. My diet changes were eating fruit veg and high protein.. Small portions lots of! Foods rich in vitamin b12 are a must as they help the nervous system.

Alopecia Totalis, being an auto immune issue, is rare but is such a devastating issue above and beyond that of typical androgenic alopecia that I have a hard time with a "cure" being offered for $47 along with $300 worth of "free" bonus gifts.
