Hey everyone ,i have just finished a HT procedure with HDC.

In total i had 2,300 grafts via FUE over 2 days .

My whole experience was amazing with HDC,i got picked up at the airport and taken to an apartment, which is just across the road from the clinic. The bakery and supermarket are also just a short walk away. The following day I met Alex at the clinic for day 1 of my procedure.Let me tell you I was really nervous, but Alex and rest of the team made me feel very comfortable and calm.

Both days went perfect, and the work was first class by Dr Kyriacos Maras and the team.I decided to stay for 1 week after, which i feel is enough time for healing.I was told to visit the clinic everyday after for check ups ,shampoo's and cream for the donor area. The after care was just perfect!

I'm almost 29 years old and currently taking propecia 1mg and apply rogain foam daily

Here are some picture's

This is my hair post op

As you can see I can hide my recession very well growing out the temple points :

That looks like some great work done there, hopefully by summer 2013 you will have the final results that you wish for.

Out of curiousity, was it through personal choice that you opted to keep your recipient area non shaved?

And also, im assuming you are from the UK. What made you choose HDC Clinic, Cyprus?

My hairloss in the frontal third is slightly worse than yours and every clinic i contact online require that i am fully shaven in the recipient area. However im hoping that they may change their mind when i visit in person and understand fully my goals and expectations.

Happy healing and growing!

It looks like most of the recipient area was empty of hair.

Anyway, it looks clean and the hairline should really suit your face once it's grown in.

At the first picture I though for a moment that hairlossexperiences had been infested by spam in the form of gay porn.

Yes, i wasn't keen on having it shaved as i have enough existing hair to brush forward and hide the work.

Many reasons i chose HDC, firstly and most importantly i've been extremely impressed with their results,i also travel to Cyprus often as i have family living
there.I had my first consultation with HDC 3 years ago and since then i've been researching it none stop.

Too true, it's nice to read a post from someone who has actually spent some serious time researching, I commend you for that.

Thanks, when i met with Alex over 3 years ago i was really depressed and venerable ,i would of done any surgery at the time to fix the problem. Not once did Alex push me to have a HT, in fact Alex advised me to start with treatments to stabalise and improve my existing hair.Since then i experienced fantastic thickening and maintenance.I always knew i wouldn't re grow any hair a long my temples so i continued to research everything about Hair transplants, fast forward 3 years and i'm in a much better situation, i have a good career ,i'm not depressed but my hair still bothers me so i thought why not?I have work on TV next year, so its even more important for me to improve and feel better about myself:)
