head sores

have been having quiet a few head sores of late...
what can cause them ? and what to do about it?
i am using oral minoxidil an finasteride

unfortunately , there is no photo , but I think maybe we are talking about syborium dermatitis , it sometimes appears and disappears suddenly , and it can also last for years , it's all because of stress , it still sometimes looks like lesha or severe dandruff
