Have to agree with Beverotti on this point. It seems almost odd that so many would be found in such a small area of the world. Of course there are doctors outside of Belgium but to have so many in one place...............great if you live in Belgium.

What is really interesting about the point on Belgium is the majority of those clinics offer the small hand punch technique. This says so much in my opinion. When you have a small concentration of clinics in an area where the consumer can easily choose then the market forces only the best technique/products to be offered. This is a very good example of market forces at work. It is simply something that cannot be denied. Would I have made this observation when I was in my twenties €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦.no €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦just not enough knowledge and life experience.

On the same token when location becomes the driving market force meaning ease of travel for the patient, something close by, it becomes easier for the market forces of quality to lessen for those offering services.

Competition drives quality when location is no longer a factor and for me that is a very simple concept to understand some 30 years later. If you offered something less in Belgium you simply would go out of business............you would not survive...............and it would be due purely to market forces at work.
